The Philadelphia Contributionship

In 1752, Benjamin Franklin and his fellow firefighters founded The Philadelphia Contributionship, the nations oldest property insurance company. In 2010, Malish & Pagonis re-found its website. Ben, innovative guy that he was, would have been proud of the result. While the Contributionship has grown with the times, its former website had not. So Malish & Pagonis led a complete overhaul, to create a website that respects the company's history while communicating what it is today: modern, sophisticated and focused on urban markets. The new site is clearly organized, easy to navigate and demonstrates to visitors that this is not a company that's rested on its laurels for 258 years. The site design takes advantage of the company's breathtaking visual archives and its collection of art and historic objects, some of which were photographed for the first time to grace the new site. Re-inventing a website like this takes some time and lots of contributors. But, as Ben also said — we just can't resist — "No man e'er was glorious, who was not laborious."
